Speaker: Major General Rodney P. Kelly

Speaker Bio: Retired Major General Rodney P. Kelly was a command and combat pilot during his 34-year career in the United States Air Force. He commanded several Air Force Units and served as the director of the headquarters of U.S. Space Command. He also served as assistant deputy chief of staff for plans and programs for the U.S. Air Force.
