Wayne Courreges, III Day Proclaimed In Houston, TX

Houston Mayor, Annise D. Parker has proclaimed September 25, 2013 as Wayne Courreges III day.  Wayne, a member of our chapter, Eagle Scout, former member of the US Marines, and father of two stopped his car in Houston after witnessing a man collapse to the ground.  Rushing to administering CPR until emergency medal technicians could arrive, Wayne held save a man’s life.  Please join with me to recognize Compatriot Wayne Courreges III for his outstanding citizenship and his heroism!
